为安全低成本最大限度地消纳碳酸钡生产过程中产生的钡渣,将钡渣与胶凝材料和山砂混合后经过振压成型和养护,制备混凝土实心砖。研究了不同掺加比例的钡渣混凝土实心砖抗压强度和密度性能,并对不同掺加比例的钡渣混凝土实心砖重金属钡浸出浓度进行了检测,研究了钡渣掺加比例对重金属钡固化效果的影响。研究结果表明,混凝土实心砖抗压强度和密度随着钡渣掺加比例的增加而降低,重金属浸出浓度随着钡渣掺量比例的提高而增大。不考虑物理稀释作用,不同掺加比例的钡渣混凝土实心砖重金属浸出浓度比较接近,即重金属钡实际固化效果与掺加比例没有直接关系。
For safety and low cost to maximize the barium carbonate produced during the production of barium slag, the barium slag mixed with cementitious material and mountain sand after pressure forming and curing, preparation of concrete solid brick.
