液压劈裂器是液压劈裂机的关键部件,使用寿命如何直接影响到劈裂的效果和加工成本,从劈裂器的受力分析入手,应用ANSYS软件对内、外楔块进行了劈裂器各部分的应力分布分析,分别得出了内楔块和外楔块各部位的应力、变形值,其中外楔块的最大应力及变形值均发生在危险点的位置,并以此作为液压劈裂机提高楔块组件的性能提供了设计依据。
