目的 探讨射频消融兔肺内 VX2肿瘤诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡情况 .方法 采用 VX2肿瘤组织块悬液肺内注入法在 2 0只新西兰白兔体内建立兔 VX2肿瘤肺内移植模型 ;实验组 12只新西兰白兔给予射频治疗 ,计数毁损中心区肿瘤组织和边缘区肿瘤组织凋亡细胞指数 ;对照组 8只新西兰白兔 ,予假性治疗 ,计数肿瘤组织凋亡细胞指数 .结果 治疗组肿瘤经射频治疗后发生凝固性坏死及细胞凋亡 ,毁损边缘区肿瘤组织凋亡细胞指数为 (345± 38) ,而毁损中心区肿瘤组织凋亡细胞指数为 (84± 12 ) ,两者差异非常显著 (P<0 .0 1) ;对照组肿瘤组织凋亡细胞指数为 (2 .0± 0 .4 ) ,与治疗组毁损区中心组织凋亡细胞指数及毁损区边缘组织凋亡细胞指数相比均相差非常显著 (P<0 .0 1) .结论 射频消融诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡是射频治疗恶性肿瘤的一项重要机制
Objective To investigate the apoptosis of tumor cells induced by radiofrequency ablation of VX2 tumor in rabbits.Methods Rabbit VX2 tumor lung transplantation model was established in 20 rabbits with VX2 tumor tissue suspension by intrapulmonary injection. Twelve New Zealand rabbits in the experimental group The rabbits were given radiofrequency ablation and the apoptotic cells index of the tumor tissue and marginal zone were counted in the center of the lesion. Eight New Zealand white rabbits in the control group were given pseudo-treatment and the apoptotic index of the tumor tissue was counted.Results The tumor in the treatment group was treated by radiofrequency After coagulation necrosis and apoptosis, the index of apoptotic cells in the margined zone was (345 ± 38), while the apoptotic cell index in the center of the lesion was (84 ± 12). The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.01). The index of apoptotic cells in control group was (2.0 ± 0.4), which was different from that of the control group in the index of apoptotic cells in central lesion and the index of apoptotic cells (P0.01) .Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation induces tumor cell apoptosis is an important mechanism of radiofrequency ablation of malignant tumors
