随着医疗事业的不断发展及人们健康意识的增强,社会对医务人员的整体素质提出了新的要求,传统的医学教育模式已不能满足社会发展的需求。通过明确学校及附属医院的定位、加强师资队伍建设、加强教学条件建设、修订教学计划、加强信息交流与合作等方面进行医学教育模式改革,有利于实现培养医学创新人才的目标。
With the continuous development of medical services and the enhancement of people’s health awareness, the society has set new demands on the overall quality of medical personnel. The traditional medical education model can no longer meet the needs of social development. By clarifying the positioning of schools and affiliated hospitals, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, strengthening teaching conditions, revising teaching plans, and strengthening information exchange and cooperation, the reform of medical education mode is conducive to the goal of training medical innovative talents.
