随着国企改革的逐步深入以及国企青年的概况与特点等也发生着深刻的变革,对国有企业青年雇佣关系的管理带来了新的挑战、提出了新的要求。本文在平衡青年员工工作与生活的视阈下,基于对国有企业青年雇佣关系管理所面临的主要问题之探讨,阐述了当今国有企业青年所展现出来的群体特征,分析了雇佣关系管理所面临问题的成因,并提出了相应的对策与解决措施。通过本文,为新时期国有企业对如何管理青年雇佣关系提供一定的思路,也为国有企业如何更好地管理与服务青年员工提供建设性的参考。
With the gradual deepening of state-owned enterprise reform and the general situation and characteristics of the state-owned enterprises, profound changes have taken place, posing new challenges to the management of the state-owned enterprises’ employment relations and putting forward new requirements. Based on the balance of the work and life of young employees, this paper, based on the discussion of the main problems faced by the youth employment relationship management of state-owned enterprises, elaborates the characteristics of the group of youths present in state-owned enterprises and analyzes the problems faced by the employment relationship management The causes and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and solutions. Through this article, we can provide some ideas for state-owned enterprises on how to manage youth employment in the new era and also provide constructive reference for state-owned enterprises on how to better manage and serve young employees.
