最近一些年,随着公路管理运行体制的逐渐完善,管理体制中各项工作所发挥的作用也越来越明显,表现出了各自的“缺一不可”。这其中,预算管理工作在公路的施工中起到了一定的作用,预算管理工作在公路施工管理工作中的应用使得企业的管理效率得到了明显的提高。这些是预算管理工作的正面作用,但是,其中也有一些负面的影响,包括一些施工企业对预算管理工作的认识不足、对预算工作的目标的模糊,整个预算管理工作体制的不完善等现象使得预算管理的作用没有得到充分地发挥。所以,公路企业应该严格地审视自己在预算管理工作中的不足,正视自己的问题,建立一个全面的公路预算管理系统,为提高经营管理水平和施工质量发挥应有的作用。
