鉴于二维频域有限差分方法具有较好的应用灵活性,将该算法扩展到传输线特性阻抗的计算中。在应用二维频域有限差分方法计算传输线特性阻抗过程中,一般通过使用线性插值技术提高计算精度。然而,线性插值技术虽然简单,但是精度仍然不够理想。因此,提出了一种以波方程的解为插值函数的场插值技术。该插值技术使用连续函数作为插值函数,比线性插值技术更加精确。使用新插值技术对典型传输线进行了计算,与商用软件仿真的数据相比较,两者一致性较好。
In view of the good application flexibility of the two-dimensional FDTD method, this algorithm is extended to the calculation of the characteristic impedance of the transmission line. In the application of two-dimensional finite difference frequency domain method to calculate the characteristic impedance of the transmission line, generally by using linear interpolation technology to improve the calculation accuracy. However, although the linear interpolation technique is simple, the accuracy is still not ideal. Therefore, a field interpolation technique based on the solution of wave equations is proposed. The interpolation technique uses a continuous function as an interpolation function, which is more accurate than the linear interpolation technique. The typical transmission line is calculated using the new interpolation technique, which is more consistent with the commercial software simulation data.
