6月30日,首部系统研究中国区域人才竞争力的蓝皮书——《中国区域人才竞争力报告》在京发布。该报告建立了中国区域人才竞争力评价体系和模型,对中国四大经济板块(东部、中部、西部和东北)、八大综合经济区、31个省市区以及32个城市的人才竞争力状况逐一进行了评价。评价体系涵盖了各区域在人才数量、质量、结构、投入、平台、生活及环境、创新、贡献等方面的竞争力指标。 June 30, the first systematic study of China's regional talent competitiveness of the blue book - “China's regional competitiveness of talent,” released in Beijing.
