为加强对凉果蜜饯的卫生管理,保障人民群众身体健康,我所于1990年3月先后对我区四个区辖市、九个县共36个生产厂家生产的凉果蜜饯进行了卫生质量的调查,调查结果如下:调查方法一、样品来源:本次调查的样品由各地、市、县食检所协助抽样,我所进行化验检查,共36个生产厂的96份样品。二、检查项目及评价标准:(1)按自治区 Q/WSI-86《凉果蜜饯卫生标准》进行二氧化硫、苯甲酸、糖精钠、细菌总数、大肠菌群、致病菌等6个项目的检验并作为评价依据。(2)按《食品标签通用标准》进行检查及评价本次抽检96份凉果蜜饯标签的完善情况。调查结果及评价一、检验结果:96份样品各项卫生检验结果,详见附表。从附表所见,在抽检的96
