伴蒸汽注化学剂提高采收率的室内研究

稠油区块经过多轮次蒸汽吞吐之后出现油汽比低、含水高的问题。伴蒸汽注入氮气和泡沫剂可以调整注汽剖面、提高波及效率、降低井间汽窜 ;伴蒸汽注入驱油剂可以提高注入蒸汽的驱油效率 ,提高剩余油采收率。通过室内实验研究 ,筛选出适合伴蒸汽注入的泡沫剂和驱油剂 ,对注入工艺和注入参数进行了优化研究。室内实验表明 ,伴蒸汽注入化学剂是提高稠油油藏采收率的有效手段。 Heavy oil block after many rounds of steam huff and puff after the low oil-vapor ratio, high water problems. Steam injection with nitrogen and foam can adjust injection profile to improve sweep efficiency and reduce cross-well steam breakthrough. With steam injection displacer, the displacement efficiency of injected steam can be increased and the remaining oil recovery can be enhanced. Through laboratory experiments, foams and flooding agents suitable for steam injection were screened, and the injection process and injection parameters were optimized. Laboratory experiments show that with steam injection chemical agent is an effective means to improve oil recovery of heavy oil reservoirs.
