多弹头电脑控制射频系统治疗肝癌作为一种新的治疗方法,已在国外推广,我院从2001年3月至此2001年7月开展16例,初步小结如下。1 一般资料和治疗方法1.1 一般资料:本组病例均为住院患者,男性15例,女性1例,年龄25-68岁,平均51.83±6.2岁。原发性肝癌13例,转移性肝癌3例,确诊方式:临床结合 CT、B 超和 AFP检测。肿块最小10.4mm×12.5mm,最大142.4mm×116.5mm,除1例为单发肿块外均为多发,最多为5个肿块。1.2 治疗仪:RF2000~(TM)射频仪由 Mountain View CA 美国射频治疗仪公司生产,它是一个射频源,与 Leveen 针连接,向肿瘤组织输送射频能,Leveen 针可同时发出10枚小电
The multi-warhead computer-controlled radiofrequency system for the treatment of liver cancer as a new treatment method has been promoted abroad. Our hospital conducted 16 cases from March 2001 to July 2001. The preliminary summary is as follows. 1 General information and treatment methods 1.1 General information: This group of patients were hospitalized patients, 15 males and 1 female, aged 25-68 years, mean 51.83±6.2 years old. There were 13 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma and 3 cases of metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma. The diagnosis method was clinical combined CT, B-ultrasonography and AFP detection. The mass was at least 10.4mm x 12.5mm, with a maximum of 142.4mm x 116.5mm. Except for one case with a single mass, it was multiple, with a maximum of 5 masses. 1.2 Therapeutic Apparatus: The RF2000 TM Radiometer is produced by Mountain View CA, Inc. RF Apparatus Co., Ltd. It is an RF source connected to a Leveen needle to deliver radiofrequency energy to the tumor tissue. The Leveen needle can send 10 small electrical signals at the same time.
