高职院校中班委会既是班级学生的领导核心,又是班级开展各项具体活动的组织者与实施者。建设一支高素质的班团干部队伍,既是高职院校学生工作的一项重要内容,又是以点带面做好学生工作的有效方法。在此从班干部选拔、规范班干部言行和及时调整组建班委会成员等三方面对如何建设班委会进行了探究。
The middle class of the higher vocational colleges is not only the leading core of the class students, but also the organizer and implementer of the classes in carrying out the specific activities.
