应用电镜研究手术切除人胃癌组织中肽能神经的支配。取免疫组化显示肽能神经纤维阳性部位胃癌组织制作超薄切片。电镜观察结果表明在胃癌细胞之间可以找到与之相邻或直接接触的无髓鞘末梢神经纤维。二者之间仅以Schwann氏细胞鞘膜以及基底膜相隔 ,在一些神经纤维剖面之间还可以查见少数含透明小泡和致密核心小泡的膨体。少数电镜视野中可查见无髓鞘末梢神经中呈现神经肽免疫组化阳性的神经纤维剖面。研究结果提示肽能神经纤维可能通过其分泌的神经肽对肿瘤的生长和分化起调控作用
Electron microscopy was used to study the dominance of peptide-ergic nerves in surgically resected human gastric cancer tissues. Immunohistochemistry was performed to show that the peptic neurofibrosis-positive gastric cancer tissues were made into ultrathin sections. The results of electron microscopy showed that unmyelinated nerve fibers adjacent to or in direct contact with gastric cancer cells can be found. Only the Schwann’s cell sheath and the basement membrane are separated from each other, and a few bulges with transparent vesicles and dense core vesicles can also be seen between some nerve fiber sections. A small number of electron microscopy visual field can be found in the presence of neuropeptide immunohistochemical positive nerve fiber section in the peripheral nerve of unmyelinated. The results suggest that peptide-like nerve fibers may regulate tumor growth and differentiation through their secreted neuropeptides
