运用液相沉淀法制备了纳米复合氧化高银粉体。探讨了各种工艺因素,如:耗散能、过饱和度、反应时间、分散剂等对粒子粒径大小和分布的影响。分散剂和反应时间是制备该纳米粉体的最关键因素,产品的最佳制备条件为:聚乙烯型非离子分散稳定剂D J2004、反应温度80℃、m(分散剂)∶m(A gNO3)=0.25、过硫酸钾浓度76.3 g/L、反应时间15 m in、理论过饱和度比1.5。在此条件下,可制备出粒径为50~80 nm,含15%~20%(质量为分数)A g2O2的新型纳米杀菌粉体。
The nano-composite oxide high-silver powder was prepared by liquid-phase precipitation method. Various process factors, such as dissipation energy, supersaturation, reaction time, dispersant and so on, on the particle size and distribution are discussed. Dispersant and reaction time are the most important factors to prepare the nano-powder. The optimum preparation conditions are as follows: Polyethylene type nonionic dispersion stabilizer D J2004, reaction temperature 80 ℃, m (dispersant): m (A gNO3 ) = 0.25, potassium persulfate concentration 76.3 g / L, reaction time 15 m in, theoretical supersaturation ratio 1.5. Under these conditions, a new nanosized bactericidal powder with particle size of 50-80 nm and containing 15-20% (mass fraction) A g2O2 can be prepared.
