针对高压管道耐久性预测精度不高的问题,探讨了复杂应力应变状态下材料力学性能的标准.利用声发射原理,在不同的循环荷载作用下,提出解决这一问题的方法.研究发现,材料的耐久性取决于应力强度修正周期的形式和参数,以及偏转模式的类型.从加载轨迹可以揭示声发射信号计数率最小强度的依赖关系.实验结果表明,高压力管道在初期运行时的耐久性预测精度较高.“,”The article deals with the problem of predicting the durability of high-pressure pipelines and searching the criteria which take into account the mechanical properties of materials under complex stress-strain state. The authors propose a solution to this problem through the use of the method of acous-tic emission at different trajectories of cyclic loading. The durability of material was found to depend on the form and parameters of the stress intensity revision cycle as well as on the type of the deflected mode. There was revealed the dependence of the minimum intensity of acoustic emission signals counting rate from the trajectory of loading. The conclusion is drawn about a high degree of prediction accuracy of high pressure pipelines durability at the initial stages of operation with a relatively small number of preliminary experiments.
