采用ＥＬＩＳＡ双抗体夹心法分别检测石棉肺患者和接触石棉纤维工人血清中ＴＮＦ－α和ＩＬ－６含量，探讨ＴＮＦ－α和ＩＬ－６水平与石棉肺的关系。检测结果表明：石棉肺患者血清ＴＮＦ－α和ＩＬ－６含量明显高于正常人和健康接尘工人（Ｐ＜００１）。提示石棉肺的发生与ＴＮＦ－α和ＩＬ－６的异常表达有关。
The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in sera from asbestosis patients and asbestos-fiber workers were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the relationship between TNF-α and IL-6 levels and asbestosis was examined. The results showed that the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 in asbestosis patients were significantly higher than those in normal subjects and health workers (P <001). Prompted the occurrence of asbestosis and TNF-α and IL-6 abnormal expression.
