由来:网友的反对与支持2010年3月,巴中市政府决定对城区江北大道进行改造,网民认为这是典型的形象工程,在“巴中论坛”集体反对、责骂、攻击,迫于网络舆论压力,该工程被迫终止。时隔一年,巴中再次启动规模更大的城市风貌打造及棚户区改造,这一次网络舆论几乎是一边倒地普遍赞成实施该项工程。目前该工程进入尾声,并得到网民和市民的一致好评。
