乳化沥青冷再生混合料的性能受很多因素的影响,其配比设计过程相对繁琐。采用正交试验设计方法,简化了冷再生配比设计工作,同时通过直观分析、方差分析和贡献率分析的方法探究了各个影响因素对冷再生混合料的高温性能和抗拉性能影响程度,以期对室内试验设计提供参考。最后,通过验证试验得出正交试验设计出的冷再生混合料其各种路用性能指标均达到要求。
The performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture is affected by many factors, the proportion of the design process is relatively complicated. Orthogonal experimental design method was adopted to simplify the design of cold regeneration ratio. At the same time, through the methods of visual analysis, analysis of variance and contribution rate analysis, the influences of various influencing factors on the high temperature performance and tensile property of cold recycled mixture were studied. Provide reference for indoor experiment design. Finally, through the verification test, the cold reclaimed mixture designed by the orthogonal experiment meets all kinds of road performance indexes.
