本文内容近几年来,关于简单机构及复杂机构(高级机构)的运动分析图解法,国内外均不断有不少文章发表。本文系用异于上述一些论文中所用的方法分析机构内各构件的角加速度或各构件上各点的加速度;利用本文提出的方法可以由机构原动构件的运动,直接对某一从动构件进行加速发分析;在进行分析时不需要象一般分析方法那样要拆组进行,并且也不需要求出该从动构件与原动构件间、其余各构件上名运动付的加速度。本文的方法是将欲求运动的从动构件直接与(1)运动已知的原动构件及(2)机架建立联系——直接列出其间的加速度方程;文内并给出了一个求该方程中的一参数——构件上某点在相对另一构件运动时、其轨迹曲率半径的简单解法。如此,即可在仅利用运动已知构件及机构速度图(速度图亦可按本文第四节所述方法获得)的情况下,直接对某一从动构件进行加速度分析。这一方法适用于机构内各构件间的暖心可用三心定理获得的名种简单及高级复杂机构(以下简称可求型机构),分析过程中,并不要求求出机构的全部瞬心,只要求出有限数个瞬心即可。
In this paper, in recent years, there has been a steady stream of articles published at home and abroad on the motion analysis of simple institutions and complex institutions (senior institutions). This method is applicable to all types of simple and advanced complex institutions (hereinafter referred to as requestable institutions) obtained from the three-center theorem of warmth between various components in an institution.
