据报告小檗胺对多种类型的白细胞减少症均有一定的疗效。用于治疗咽炎、支气管炎、慢性胆囊炎及矽肺等。我院在研究黄连素母液的利用中提得一种白色沉淀物,经初步分析和中国医学科学院药物研究所鉴定该品主要成分为小檗胺。北京市平谷制药厂对此进行了含量测定,两批提取物小檗胺含量分别为24.45%和39.42%。现将生产工艺、分析及结果报告如下。一、生产工艺:粗制黄连素母液加Na-
Berbamine has been reported to have a certain effect on many types of leukopenia. For the treatment of pharyngitis, bronchitis, chronic cholecystitis and silicosis. Our hospital obtained a white precipitate in the study of the use of berberine in mother liquor. After preliminary analysis and the Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences identified the main component of the product as Berbamine.
