改革开放以来,得益于国际间海上贸易的飞速发展,我国航运企业也急速扩张。但与国外很多先进同行比较,我国航运企业生产经营的信息化率还比较落后,尤其反映在供应商管理系统方面,其主要原因是由于供应商种类多,数量杂乱,分布跨度大等。如何实现供应商的有效管理是当前多数航运企业面临的主要问题之一,本文将通过对先进航运公司的供应商管理系统进行分析,对我司供应商的管理现状予以透析,综合评定并完善供应商管理系统。同时,对供应商管理系统的发展作出探讨。为其他航运企业供应商管理系统的建立给出建议,为我国航运企业的发展作出贡献。
Since the reform and opening up, thanks to the rapid development of international maritime trade, China’s shipping companies have also expanded rapidly. However, compared with many foreign advanced counterparts, the informationization rate of production and operation of shipping enterprises in our country is still relatively backward, especially in the aspect of supplier management system. The main reason is that the number of suppliers is large, the number is disorderly, and the distribution span is large. How to realize the effective management of suppliers is one of the main problems that most shipping companies are facing now. This article will analyze the supplier management system of advanced shipping companies, dialysis the management status of our suppliers, comprehensively evaluate and improve the supply Business management system. At the same time, the development of supplier management system is discussed. Provide suggestions for the establishment of other shipping companies’ suppliers management system, and make contributions to the development of China’s shipping companies.
