评价准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术 ( L aser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)矫治近视眼术后切削中心的偏移对术后最佳矫正视力的影响。方法 :应用角膜地形图仪对 1 85例 ( 35 6眼 ) L ASIK术后随访 6个月以上的术前、术后角膜地形图进行观察分析 ,测量准分子激光切削中心相对于瞳孔中心的距离、方向 ,并用视功能进行比较。结果 :激光切削中心相对于瞳孔中心的距离平均偏心值为 0 .38± 0 .2 6 mm;其中偏离瞳孔中心 0 .5 mm以内为 2 6 3眼 ( 73.9% ) ,0 .5~ 1 .0 mm为 85眼 ( 2 3.9% ) ,1 .0~ 1 .2 mm者为 8眼 ( 2 .2 % ) ,切削中心位于鼻侧者为 32 0眼 ( 89.9% )。偏中心切削致术后最佳矫正视力下降 1~ 3行 :偏心量≤ 0 .5 mm中、小光区切削 9眼 ,偏心量 >0 .5 mm为 2 7眼。结论 :严重的偏中心切削将导致术后裸眼视力和最佳矫正视力下降 ,准确的切削中心定位和在条件允许情况下 ,适当扩大切削直径以及完整的角膜瓣对 L ASIK术后的效果应是十分重要的
To evaluate the effect of LASIK on the best corrected visual acuity after myopia correction of myopia surgery. Methods: The preoperative and postoperative corneal topography of 1 85 cases (35 6 eyes) LASIK followed up for more than 6 months were observed and analyzed by corneal topography. The distance from the excimer laser cutting center to the pupil center was measured , Direction, and use visual function to compare. Results: The average eccentricity of the laser cutting center relative to the center of the pupil was 0.38 ± 0.226 mm, with 26.3 eyes (73.9%) deviated from the center of the pupil within 0.5 mm, and 0.5 to 1. Partial centering of the best corrected visual acuity decreased 1 to 3 lines: the eccentricity ≤ 0 .5 mm, 9 cases of small light cutting, eccentricity> 0 .5 mm to 27 eyes. CONCLUSIONS: Severe eccentric centering leads to decreased visual acuity and optimal corrected visual acuity after surgery.
