随着科学技术的不断发展与快速进步,从而为工程实践带来了较为深刻地变革,高科技的发展使得生产劳动密集型朝着高科技知识密集型快速转变,社会需要大量的创新意识强以及社会实践能力强的应用型人才,这为职业教育指明了人才培养的方向,即创新高素质应用型人才的大力培养。本研究主要对当今职业教育创新高素质应用型人才培养的具体策略进行了着重阐述,旨在为职业教育人才培养指明方向,全面提高学生的创新能力以及综合素质,办出自己的专业特色。
With the constant development and rapid progress of science and technology, it has brought about profound changes in engineering practice. The development of high technology has led to the rapid transformation of labor-intensive production towards knowledge-intensive high-tech industries. The society needs a great deal of creative awareness and Social practical ability of the application-oriented talents, which for vocational education pointed out the direction of personnel training, innovation and application of high-quality personnel training. This research mainly elaborates the specific tactics of innovative high quality applied talents cultivation in vocational education at present, aiming at pointing out the direction of vocational education personnel training, improving students’innovation ability and overall quality comprehensively, and setting up their own professional characteristics.
