Dlaphragmatic hia (DH) is an uncommon result of trauma, but presents a severe problem in patients with multiple injuries. Right-sided DH is rare, owing to the protection of the liver and strength of the right hemidiaphragm. Here we present a case of delayed right-sided DH with severe craniocerebral trauma.
