根据庞庞塔煤矿10号煤层地质条件、工作面开采及布置方式等情况,介绍了特厚煤层综放液压支架高度、工作阻力以及支架初撑力等主要支护参数的确定原则与方法。试验结果表明:支架的主要支护参数设计合理,安全性、可靠性高;提高了特厚煤层回收率,为工作人员和综采设备提供一个安全可靠的作业空间。
According to the geological conditions of No.10 coal seam in Pangpata Coal Mine, the mining and arrangement of working face and so on, the principle and method of determining the main supporting parameters such as the height of hydraulic support, the working resistance and the initial support force of support in fully mechanized top coal caving face are introduced. The test results show that the main support parameters of the support are designed reasonably, with high safety and reliability. The recovery rate of the extra-thick coal seam is increased, which provides a safe and reliable working space for the staff and the fully mechanized mining equipment.
