本文应用原位分析系统方法对职业环境气态形式的致突变物进行监测。结果显示,清洗后的聚氯乙烯聚合釜内部气体对TA_(98w)±S_9和TA_(100w)±S_9均呈阳性反应,并存在着浓度效应关系。说明氯乙烯不仅是直接致突变剂,而且也是间接致突变剂。而对氯乙烯聚合车间监测结果,未发现对TA_(100)±_wS_9阳性反应。此测定系统含有四种抗菌素,不受环境杂菌污染,为应用生物指示剂进行原位监测环境大气质量开辟了一个新途径。
In this paper, the in situ analysis system was used to monitor the gaseous forms of mutagens in occupational environment. The results showed that the internal gas of the polyvinyl chloride polymerization reactor after washing had a positive reaction on TA_ (98w) ± S_9 and TA_ (100w) ± S_9, and there was a concentration-dependent relationship. Vinyl chloride is not only a direct mutagen, but also an indirect mutagen. The monitoring results of the vinyl chloride polymerization workshop, no TA_ (100) ± _wS_9 positive reaction was found. This assay system contains four antibiotics, free from contamination by environmental bacteria, and opens up a new avenue for in situ monitoring of ambient atmospheric quality using biological indicators.
