目的 :观察准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (laserinsitukeratomileusis,LASIK)治疗近视性屈光参差的临床疗效。方法 :对 80例 (14 3只眼 )双眼屈光参差均≥ 2 5 0D的患者施行LASIK治疗 ,并对其手术前后的平均屈光度、屈光参差的程度、裸眼视力和最佳矫正视力进行比较分析。随访时间为 6个月以上。结果 :LASIK术后 6个月 ,所有患者的裸眼视力均明显提高 ,屈光参差的程度明显减小 ;大部分患者的最佳矫正视力保持不变 ,或较术前有不同程度的提高。结论 :LASIK是治疗近视性屈光参差的一种有效、安全和可预测性的手术方式。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) in the treatment of myopic anisometropia. Methods: Eighty patients (143 eyes) with anisometropia anisometropia (≥250D) underwent LASIK. The mean refraction, anisometropia, uncorrected visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity were compared before and after operation analysis. Follow-up time of 6 months or more. Results: At 6 months after LASIK, the uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) of all patients increased significantly and the degree of anisometropia decreased significantly. The best corrected visual acuity remained unchanged in most patients or increased to some extent compared with that before operation. CONCLUSIONS: LASIK is an effective, safe and predictive surgical modality for the treatment of myopic anisometropia.
