合成了一种含生色团的环氧单体 ,将它与酚醛缩水甘油醚和双环氧丙烯酸酯及光引发剂溶解在一起后涂膜 ,用UV光照固化 ,同时在高压电场下极化 ,得到了一种极化互穿聚合物网络 .该体系二阶非线性光学系数d33值为 9 4× 10 - 8esu ,d33热稳定性良好 .
An epoxy monomer containing a chromophore was synthesized and dissolved with phenolic glycidyl ether and diepoxy acrylate and a photoinitiator. The film was coated with UV light and simultaneously cured under high voltage electric field A series of polarized interpenetrating polymer networks were obtained.The d33 value of the second-order nonlinear optical coefficient of the system is 9 4 × 10 -8 esu, and the d33 thermal stability is good.
