开发了新型鼓气强化减压膜蒸馏(AVMD)过程,并分别采用传统减压膜蒸馏(VMD)与AVMD进行了海水淡化实验,研究了鼓气强化方法对膜蒸馏通量的提升作用、对通量衰减和膜污染的抑制效果。结合膜表面形貌和化学成分表征方法,探讨了鼓气强化提升通量、抑制膜污染的原因。结果表明,当海水浓缩8倍(单位面积产水560L/m2)时,AVMD过程通量较VMD过程高60%左右,而通量衰减率减少了17.7%。鼓气增加料液湍流程度,减小液相边界层厚度的作用是提升通量、抑制污染的主要原因。
A new aeration intensified vacuum membrane distillation (AVMD) process was developed, and desalination experiments were carried out by traditional vacuum membrane distillation (VMD) and AVMD respectively. The enhancing effect of bubbling intensification on membrane distillation flux was studied. Flux attenuation and membrane fouling inhibition. Combining with the surface morphology of the membrane and the chemical composition characterization methods, the reasons for enhancing the flux and inhibiting the fouling of membrane were discussed. The results show that when the seawater is concentrated 8 times (560L / m2 of water per unit area), the flux of AVMD process is about 60% higher than that of VMD process, while the flux decay rate is reduced by 17.7%. Drum gas to increase the degree of liquid turbulence, the role of reducing the thickness of the liquid boundary layer is to enhance the flux, the main reason for inhibiting pollution.
