兰尼克盐(Reinecke’s salt)亦称兰尼克酸銨(ammonium reineckate),化学名为四硫氰酸基二氨鉻酸銨(NH_4[Cr(NH_3)_2(SCN)_4]·H_2O),为暗紅色的結晶体或紅色結晶性粉末。它能与許多生物硷作用产生难溶性盐,久已为人所知,在生物硷的定性及定量分析中皆有一定的应用。实际上它能与很多杂环氮化物、胺类、季胺盐等反应生成难溶于水的化合物,这种特性可以利用于上述物质的分析測定。在有机合成药物中,具有含氮杂环結构或属于胺类或季胺化合物者为数不少,因此,兰尼克盐是药品分析中一种很有前途的試剂。近年来兰尼克盐在分析检驗中应用的方式也有了很大进展,从簡单的重量法发展为容量法、比色法、分光光度
Reinecke’s salt, also known as ammonium reineckate, has the chemical name ammonium tetrathiocyanate diammonium chromate (NH 4 [Cr (NH 3) 2 (SCN) 4] H 2 O) Red crystal or red crystalline powder. It works with many alkaloids to produce insoluble salts, which have long been known and have certain applications in the qualitative and quantitative analysis of alkaloids. In recent years, the application of Lannifin salt in analytical tests has also made great progress, from simple gravimetric method to volumetric method, colorimetric method, spectrophotometry
