根据全国油气管网规划,中国石油天然气总公司将管道和储运设施的建设列入“九五”发展规划,并且做为重点工作来抓。为此,我们要完善油网,发展气网,加强对东部管网的调整和改造,改善物流格局,保证原油上岸下海;同时要建设好库鄯、陕京等油气管道。要大力开拓国外油气资源市场,参与国际大型油气管道工程建设,利用好国外油气资源。新疆原油进川,将俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、土库曼斯坦油气引入我国,这些大型油气管道的建设,将形成我国下世纪长江以北的油气输送大动脉,前景十分喜人。
