嗎啡对神經系統的作用已有不少研究,Wikler曾加以綜述,但它对中樞直接的影响,至今还很少报导。近年来,由于脑室及脑内給藥法的进展,給研究藥物的中樞作用創造了有利的条件。作者在研究鎮痛藥的过程中,觉得有进一步探討嗎啡对中樞直接作用的必要,因此采用了脑内注射法,观察嗎啡的鎮痛作用,并同时試驗了延胡索素乙(corydalis B)。鎮痛藥物的耐藥性和交叉耐藥性問題,作者曾有过报告。繼续探討耐藥性的發生机制具有一定的理論和实际意义。多年来学者們曾以藥物的分布、吸收和排泄过
Much has been done about the effects of morphine on the nervous system, reviewed by Wikler, but its direct impact on the central hub is seldom reported so far. In recent years, advances in intraventricular and intracerebral administration have created favorable conditions for studying the central role of drugs. In the process of studying analgesics, the author thinks there is a need to further explore the direct effect of morphine on the central nervous system. Therefore, intracerebral injection was used to observe the analgesic effect of morphine and at the same time, corydalis B was tested. Drug resistance of analgesics and cross-resistance issues, the authors have had reports. To continue to explore the mechanism of drug resistance has some theoretical and practical significance. Over the years scholars have to drug distribution, absorption and excretion
