多年来,我们上海市东方幼儿园一直在努力探讨通过建立儿童、教师、家长、社区、环境之间动态的互动系统,促进幼儿自主地学习,处理好教师有目的、有计划的教学与幼儿自发学习之间的关系,使教育既能顺应幼儿的自然发展,又能将幼儿的发展纳入教师有计划的轨道这一课题。在研究过程中,我们借鉴了瑞吉欧系统的方案教学思想,根据我园的各种教育资源和条件,设计了适合我园的教育活动。在实施方案教学的过程中,我们对期望解决的问题有了新的理解和认识。下面,我们以“房屋装修”方案为例,简要说明我们的方案教学设计和实施过程。
