入世后随着中国市场的进一步开放,中国企业面临的最大竞争将是来自国外专业化极强的中小企业。有专家认为,中国企业惟有在某一个领域内采用专业化战略做专、做透、做强、做大,才能赢得竞争的主动权。围绕这一话题,在本刊主办的第五届“当代经理人论坛暨中国成长企业CEO峰会”上,我们请到了已在国际化竞争中取得一定成就的企业家王林祥、俞尧昌、陈建卫及学者樊纲、言实就此展开了一场对话。他们认为,只有专业化才能走向国际化,只有专业化才能在全球化中立于不败之地。
With the further opening up of the Chinese market after China's accession to the WTO, the biggest competition facing Chinese enterprises will come from the highly specialized small and medium enterprises abroad. Some experts think that only by using specialized strategies in a certain field, Chinese enterprises can take the initiative to make competition stronger, stronger and bigger. They believe that only specialization can move toward internationalization and only professionalism can be invincible in globalization.
