The design ability of the topic homework reflects the ability of the teacher’s instructional design. The high-quality homework design helps to consolidate the content of the classroom teaching and promote the enhancement of the core literacy of the students. Based on the optimization of primary school mathematics homework design, this paper explores the specific ways of using homework to improve core literacy for the reference of elementary school mathematics teachers.
