Under the highly competitive market economy system, the key role of financial management in enterprise management is the top priority of financial management of transportation enterprises. To strengthen the financial management of transport enterprises, it is necessary to establish and improve the financial management system; fine-tune the cost management; determine the focus of cost control; establish and improve the control mechanism of financial risks; and play the role of distribution incentive mechanism and evaluation mode.
