统筹城乡经济社会发展的根本是要促进城乡协调发展。做好失地农民社会保障工作,是统筹城乡发展实践中面临的一个重要课题。本文在文献研究的基础上,结合自身理解,探讨了城乡统筹背景下的农民土地权利保护问题,分析问题产生的原因,并针对问题提出了解决办法。通过分析城乡统筹建设的重要性,提出城乡统筹发展的内容与途径,以及在城乡统筹发展过程中需要注意的问题,以促进城乡统筹建设的发展,从而切实充分保障农民土地权利,实现共同繁荣。
The basic idea of coordinating urban and rural economic and social development is to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. To do a good job of social security for landless peasants is an important issue facing the overall planning of urban and rural development. On the basis of literature research and combined with my own understanding, this paper explores the protection of peasants’ land rights under the overall urban-rural background, analyzes the causes of the problems, and proposes solutions to the problems. By analyzing the importance of urban and rural overall planning, the paper puts forward the content and approach of urban and rural overall development as well as the problems that need attention in the process of urban-rural development in an all-round way so as to promote the development of overall urban and rural construction so as to effectively and fully protect farmers’ land rights and achieve common prosperity.
