对流域梯级水电站实施联合调度,可以通过统筹管理和科学的计算,实现防洪、供水、航运、泥沙、生态等综合利用方面的效益最大化。目前,世界上很多国家都采用了这种梯调的方式管理水电站,我国也在流域梯级水电站联合调度方面做了大量研究工作,其中很多已经付诸实践,并且收到了显著的社会和经济效果。
The implementation of joint regulation of cascade hydropower stations can maximize the benefits of comprehensive utilization of flood control, water supply, shipping, sediment and ecology through integrated management and scientific calculation. At present, many countries in the world adopt this kind of ladder method to manage hydropower stations. China has also done a lot of research work on the joint dispatch of river basin hydropower stations, many of which have been put into practice and have received significant social and economic effects.
