党的十五大提出，依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家，全社会都在倡导依法办事，新闻媒体也充分发挥其特有优势，宣传法制，鞭挞违法行为。人们为像“焦点访谈”这样的栏目勇敢揭露违法现象感到振奋，为一些记者冒着生命危险深入采访感到钦佩；但是也因为一些记者缺乏必要的法律?

The news media has also given full play to its unique advantages, promoted the legal system and flogged illegal activities.
