本文尝试以福柯规训与惩罚的理论视野进入电影《狗镇》的文本内部,讨论诸如劳动、权力以及道德建设等现代性话语。通过对电影主人公格蕾丝寻找自我、丧失自我和毁灭自我的讨论,进一步阐释福柯的“主体”理论。电影中狗镇这个看似清教徒乌托邦的瓦解其实正是荒诞地构筑了一则新自由主义神话破灭的深刻寓言。
This article attempts to enter the text “Dog Town” within the theoretical scope of Foucault’s discipline and punishment and discusses such modern discourses as labor, power and moral construction. Through further discussion of Foucault ’s “subject ” theory through discussion of the film hero Grace seeking self, loss of self and destruction of self. The collapse of the seemingly Puritan Utopia in the movie is in fact absurdly constructed as a profound parable of the neo-liberal myth.
