Through further discussion of Foucault ’s “subject ” theory through discussion of the film hero Grace seeking self, loss of self and destruction of self. The collapse of the seemingly Puritan Utopia in the movie is in fact absurdly constructed as a profound parable of the neo-liberal myth.
