江阴市天华艺术学校是一所以江阴籍著名民族音乐家刘天华名字命名,集全日制普通初高中、小学、幼儿园于一体的学校,旨在以天华精神培育民族艺术人才、弘扬中华优秀传统文化。创办以来已有3000多人次在各类艺术大赛获奖,400多位学生考取著名艺术院校及其附中。学校被评为江苏省、无锡市及江阴市的“先进集体”、“先进学校”和“文明单位”。学校创办人、校长史影被评为实验基地优秀工作者、科研型校长。学校所属的天华民族乐团、天华艺术团和江南丝竹社,受到国内外瞩目,其中天华民族乐团9次在京演出、12次亮相中央电视台,出访了德国、法国、奥地利、日本、新加坡及港澳台等地。学校多次为前来江
Jiangyin Tianhua Art School is a school named after Liu Tianhua, a famous ethnic musician of Jiangyin. It integrates all-day ordinary primary, middle and high school, kindergarten and nursery school. It aims to nurture the talents of national arts in the spirit of Tianhua and promote the outstanding Chinese traditional culture .
