一、概况我厂与上海市政工程研究所共同进行了在排水管中掺入磨细粉煤灰(简称磨细灰)以替代部分水泥的试验工作。试验研究结果表明,无论是挤压成型还是悬辊成型的排水管,掺入磨细灰25~30%后,可达到节约水泥10~15%的效果,而且管子的内压强度有所提高,外压强度基本相同。从1980年下半年起至1982年初,先后试产了Φ23、30、60厘米挤压排水管(简称挤压管)613只,Φ30,45厘米悬辊排水管简称悬辊管)63只。经检验,3天外压强度均能达到出厂标准80%的要求,与未掺管相近,比掺湿原状粉煤灰管高(见表1)。自1983年7月

Overview Our factory and the Shanghai Municipal Institute of Political Engineering have jointly conducted experiments on the incorporation of ground fly ash (abbreviated as ground ash) in the drainage pipe to replace part of the cement. The results of the experimental study indicate that, regardless of the drain pipe formed by extrusion molding or suspension molding, the effect of saving 10 to 15% of cement can be achieved after 25 to 30% of finely ground ash is incorporated, and the internal pressure strength of the pipe is increased. The external pressure strength is basically the same. From the second half of 1980 to the beginning of 1982, there have been trial production of 613 Φ23, 30, and 60 cm extruded drain pipes (abbreviated as extruded pipes), and 63 Φ30 and 45 cm suspension roller drain pipes (abbreviated as suspension roller pipes). After inspection, the three-day external pressure strength can meet the requirements of the factory standard of 80%, which is similar to that of unblended tubes, and higher than that of unmixed fly ash tubes (see Table 1).
