对Terfenol-D杆的周期振动问题进行了数值分析.采用有限元和传递矩阵相结合的数值方法,求解了Ter-fenol-D杆由交变电流激励引起的周期振动问题.基于磁致伸缩线性本构关系和Harmilton变分原理导出有限元方程,并且在传递矩阵的计算中应用了矩阵指数的Padé近似.计算结果表明位移响应是周期的,并与电流变化同步.还分析了材料的线性磁致伸缩系数及电流峰值和频率对输出位移的影响.所得数值结果与文献中的实验结果吻合较好,验证了该数值方法的正确性.
The periodic vibration problem of the Terfenol-D rod is numerically analyzed. The periodic vibration problem caused by the alternating current excitation of the Terfenol-D rod is solved by the numerical method combined with the finite element method and the transfer matrix. Based on the magnetostrictive linearity Constitutive relationship and Harmilton’s principle of variational principle are derived and the Padé approximation of matrix exponent is used in the calculation of transfer matrix.The results show that the displacement response is periodic and synchronized with the current variation.The linear magnetic The results show that the numerical results show good agreement with the experimental results in the literature, which verifies the correctness of the numerical method.
