目的 :探讨卡托普利对肾性高血压心肌肥厚大鼠左室肌原癌基因c fosmRNA表达的影响。方法 :采用原位杂交方法检测原癌基因c fosmRNA的表达。结果 :经过 8周治疗后 ,卡托普利使高血压心肌肥厚大鼠左室肌原癌基因c fosmRNA表达量显著减少 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :卡托普利能减少高血压心肌肥厚大鼠左室肌原癌基因c fosmRNA的表达
Objective: To investigate the effect of captopril on the expression of c-fos mRNA in left ventricular myocytes of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy rats. Methods: The expression of proto-oncogene c fos mRNA was detected by in situ hybridization. RESULTS: After 8 weeks of treatment, captopril significantly decreased the expression of c-fos mRNA in left ventricular myocytes in hypertensive rats (P <0.01). Conclusion: Captopril can reduce the expression of c-fos mRNA in left ventricular myocytes in hypertensive rats with hypertrophy
