某钢箱梁桥采用“计算机控制液压同步顶推滑移技术”的施工方法进行安装,详细介绍了该工程的钢箱梁的制作和现场的具体安装方法及关键技术。进行了钢箱梁顶推相关的滑移全过程计算机模拟仿真分析,考虑了各种可能的影响因素和不利情况,详细制定了顶推滑移法的施工安装方案,并严格按方案要求在工程中进行实施,解决了该桥梁工程施工安装过程中的难题,降低了工程的施工成本,保证了工程质量和施工工期,取得了很好的效果,为云南省类似工程提供了可借鉴的经验。
