2015年12月30日,上海市卫生和计划生育委员会发布了沪卫计疾控[2015]027号文件,正式印发《上海市肿瘤登记管理办法》。明确该办法自2016年3月1日起施行,而在2001年12月10日原上海市卫生局发布的《上海市恶性肿瘤报告办法》同时废止。肿瘤登记作为一项法定报告工作,在上海已开展了40多年,此次行政规范性文件的变更将给上海市肿瘤登记管理工作带来怎样的改变,产生什么样的影响,本文特予以解读。
On December 30, 2015, the Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission issued Shanghai Wei Disease Control [2015] No. 027 document and formally issued the Shanghai Measures on Tumor Registry. It is clear that this approach will come into force on March 1, 2016, and the Shanghai Measures for the Reporting of Malignant Tumors issued on December 10, 2001 by the Shanghai Health Bureau will be abolished at the same time. Tumor registration as a statutory reporting work has been carried out in Shanghai for more than 40 years. The change of this administrative regulatory document will bring changes and effects on the registration of cancer in Shanghai.
