近年来生物技术研究进展迅速，生物技术为农作物育种开辟了新途径。本文简要分析了大麦组织培养技术，ＲＦＬＰ技术和转基因技术的现状及前景。
In recent years, biotechnology research has progressed rapidly, and biotechnology has opened up new ways for crop breeding. This paper briefly analyzes the status and prospects of barley tissue culture, RFLP and transgenic technologies.
