实验研究了去离子水在内径为30,20,16,5和2μm微圆管中的流动特性.实验结果表明:内径为16μm以上的微圆管中的流动符合经典流体力学理论;当管径降低到5和2μm时,去离子水在微圆管中的低速流动呈现出明显的非线性特征,实验结果偏离经典流体力学理论,且管径越小偏离幅度越大.随着Reynolds数的增大,非线性程度逐渐减弱,实验值趋近于某一稳定值.实验最小Reynolds数仅为2.46×105.
