夏港街道是广州市首个国际安全社区,在规范制度、执法配备、队伍建设等工作上,都体现了街镇安全生产监管工作规范完善、队伍有素、模式创新的新发展方向。夏港街道辖区面积14.8平方公里,总人口5.31万,下辖6个社区,辖区面积80%是企业区,是典型的工业园区型街区。目前,夏港街道共有各类企事业单位2300多家,安全生产监管压力较大。为充分发挥基层专职安全员队伍作用,进一步提高安全生产监管水平,2017年初,夏港街道围绕构建大安全格局的工作目标,提出了大数据库建
