石榴为仲秋时令佳果。为调节市场,延长供应期,石榴产区的农户常采用一些简易贮藏方法,如室内堆藏、囤藏、井窑贮藏、坛罐贮藏等。1.室内堆藏法选择通风冷凉的空室,打扫干净,适当洒水,以保持室内清洁湿润。然后,在地上铺5 cm~6 cm厚的稻草,其上按一层石榴一层松针堆放,堆的大小以5层~6层为限,最后在堆上方及四周用松针全部覆盖。贮藏期间,每隔15天~20天检查1次,随用随取,可贮藏2个月~3个月。
